Positively Birthing- Move, Breathe, Relax

Positively Birthing relaxation sessions offer a truly unique approach to pregnancy self care and birth preparation.  Picture yourself in a candlelit, warm and nurturing space surrounded by other mums to be. Three hours of time out from busy lives to just focus on yourself and your baby.  The session includes  yoga based movement, breathing techniques, antenatal education, relaxation and hypnobirthing techniques- making Positively Birthing a ground breaking, all encompassing class.  Sessions are relaxed, supportive and fun, and a great way to make friends and build a social network to support you through the early days of parenthood.  Sessions are suitable for first or subsequent babies from 16 weeks of pregnancy onwards. (Birthing person only no birth partners)

After a complicated birth first time I signed up for this course when I fell pregnanct again and it was the best thing I could have done. Through the classes I was able to shift my mindset and went into birth feeling calm and confident, armed with a range of relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and knowledge.  I also made an amazing group of friends!— Hazel
