Positively Birthing- Move, Breathe, Relax

Positively Birthing courses offer the unique all inclusive ‘Active Antenatal ‘ method.  Each session includes  birth education, yoga based movement, breathing techniques, relaxation and birth hypnosis- making Positively Birthing a ground breaking, all encompassing class.  Sessions are relaxed, supportive and fun, and a great way to make friends and build a social network to support you through the early days of parenthood.  Courses run for 4 weeks and are suitable for first or subsequent babies from 16 weeks of pregnancy onwards.

After a complicated birth first time I signed up for this course when I fell pregnanct again and it was the best thing I could have done. Through the classes I was able to shift my mindset and went into birth feeling calm and confident, armed with a range of relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and knowledge.  I also made an amazing group of friends!— Hazel
